Lyndi Proudfoot RMt, CH

Lyndi is a registered Massage Therapist, graduating from the Turner Institute of Orthopedic Massage and Manual Osteopathy in 2014. She holds multiple certifications in Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular and Visceral Vascular Release. She has a Diploma of Herbology and is currently studying Holistic Nutrition with Pacific Rim College. Lyndi is passionate about natural textiles, northern garden food preservation, and walking on frozen rivers! 

 

Maddie Hibbard BA, D.Ac

Maddie is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncturist interested in community, ecology and culture. She holds a diploma of acupuncture from Pacific Rim College of Integrative Medicine (2014) and a dual B.A. in environmental studies and political science from the University of Victoria (2009). Maddie is credentialed as a Dr. of Acupuncture under the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada.

 

Shelby Hill-McLaughlin RMT/RYT

Shelby is a registered Massage Therapist, graduating from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2014. Since then, she has completed her 200RYTT with Zuna Yoga to become a certified yoga instructor and has gained advanced certification in RAPID Neurofascial Reset and Craniosacral Therapy. Shelby is passionate about helping others and cares about health and wellness in her own life.

 

Mladenka Dokic hca/rhc, Registered Health Coach

Mladenka works with people who are stressed out and overwhelmed. She helps them slow down and reorganize their life so they can thrive. She is trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Easy-to-use tools are her key to helping clients shift their behaviours and habits. The results are improved mental health, mindset, and ultimately the quality of life, both at work and home.

 

Carl Christensen MACP/CCC, counselling Therapy

Carl works largely from a humanistic, client-centered perspective that maintains the client as the foremost expert in their own lives. Carl views his counselling role as allowing himself to be a consistently authentic and professional mirror for clients. Through the co-creation of therapeutic relationship, people can begin to deepen understanding of themselves and their relationship with the world. He graduated with distinction from Yorkville University and holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology.

 

Holly Verge RMt

Holly learned the benefits of alternative healing after suffering minor sports injuries as a teenager which drew her to a love of massage therapy. She has studied at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Texas Massage Institute, and Alberta Massage Training, giving her a wide variety of knowledge in relaxation as well as deep tissue and trigger point therapy. She is also in the process of becoming a reflexologist. Holly’s approach is relaxing the body and applying pressure where needed or to the clients comfort level. She is both passionate about helping others and improving their health and well being.
