Mindfulness Meditation

Our Spring/Summer 2024 Mindfulness Meditation classes with Mladenka are currently available online via zoom. Join us every Tuesday afternoon from 12-12:30pm.

Mladenka’s meditations are fully guided and designed for all people, providing relaxation for both mind and body. As you go through her class, your focus will be brought to the present moment, where you will experience a reduction of stress and tension.
